Chief Executive Engineer
Gerrit has more than 25 years in surge and lightning protection, covering external and internal protection systems, data surge protection and earth termination design. He has led projects across Africa, presented at international industry summits and represented South Africa in a number of technical capacities. He leads Estac’s lightning protection and surge practice.
Fazlur Pandor
Chief Executive Officer
Fazlur is an entrepreneur and business executive with more than 20 years’ experience across energy, finance, agriculture and business development. He began his career in consulting at PwC before going on to found and lead businesses across multiple sectors and markets. As CEO of Estac, he leads the company’s strategy, commercial growth, partnerships and client relationships, working alongside the engineering team to deliver practical energy and electrical solutions.
